About

A private operating system for Local 29.

This system is built for and by Jason Fussel and the Ironworker International. It keeps unionization operations unified, with context and memory governed by the organization.

The environment is in active development and continues to evolve alongside organizer feedback.

Unify the work

Bring contacts, projects, campaigns, and the story between them into one governed space built for unionization operations.

Privacy-first AI

The system uses OpenAI while separating personally identifiable information from context. Context alone is useless without identity, so member data stays protected.

Data stewardship

Data lives in MongoDB today in the cloud, with a clear path to local hall servers whenever Local 29 wants to host on-prem.

Hosting flexibility

The platform runs on AWS today and can be moved to Local Hall infrastructure when the time is right.

In development

This is a living system that grows with Local 29. We prioritize clarity, continuity, and privacy as new capabilities come online.

Location access is optional, one-time, and only used for address help and nearby project matching.
