Authorized use
The Ironworker Unionization Platform is a private operational system for authorized users. By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you are permitted to use it for legitimate organizational work.
You must not use the platform to access data outside your authorization, interfere with service operation, or export confidential records without approval.
Account responsibilities
- Keep your credentials private and use the platform only under your own account.
- Follow organization policies for handling member, worker, contractor, and campaign information.
- Report suspected unauthorized access or misuse promptly.
Location-based features
Some project workflows allow you to request one-time device location access. These features exist only to help find an address, locate nearby projects, and reduce duplicate project creation.
- Location use is optional and initiated by the user.
- The website does not continuously track your location while you browse or work.
- If you prefer, you may manually enter a full or partial address instead of using location features.
Data entry and record quality
You are responsible for entering information in good faith and with appropriate care. The platform may normalize or structure some fields, such as addresses, to keep records cleaner and easier to search.
Duplicate prevention, nearby matching, or AI-assisted tools are operational aids only and do not replace user judgment.
Service changes and availability
The platform is actively developed and may change over time. Features may be added, removed, or adjusted to improve security, clarity, or operational fit.
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Confidentiality and organizational control
Records in the platform may contain sensitive organizing information. Use of the system is subject to organizational confidentiality expectations and applicable law.
The operating organization may manage access, review audit trails, and enforce policy when needed to protect the system and its data.
